Paisa in Minutes (paisainminutes.com) is an online financial marketplace and digital loan lead generator. Paisa in Minutes is not a direct lender, NBFC, or bank and does not issue loans or extend credit limits directly to consumers. All loan products, interest rates, processing fees, approval decisions, and disbursals are governed solely by our RBI-registered lending partners.

2. User Eligibility Criteria

By accessing this platform or initiating a loan lead request, you affirm that:

• You are an Indian citizen residing in India.
• You are at least 21 years of age and not exceeding 60 years of age.
• You possess a valid PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and active bank account in India.
• You meet the minimum monthly in-hand income criteria (₹18,000 for Metro cities, ₹15,000 for Non-Metro cities).

3. Borrower Authorization & Credit Check Consent

By submitting an application form or OTP verification on Paisa in Minutes, you authorize Paisa in Minutes and its lending partners to:

• Fetch your official credit rating and credit history from CICs (CIBIL, CRIF, Equifax, Experian) for credit assessment.
• Verify submitted information, income status, and identity details.
• Share your contact details with lending partners to process your loan application.

4. Financial Terms & Fee Structure

The exact terms of your loan (interest rate, EMI tenure, processing fees, foreclosure terms) will be specified in the loan agreement provided by the lending partner prior to loan execution:

• Starting Interest Rate: From 10.99% p.a. depending on credit profile and partner underwriting terms.
• Loan Amount: Up to ₹1 Lakh.
• Repayment Tenure: 3 to 60 months.
• Processing Fee: Up to 5% of loan amount + applicable GST (deducted upfront during disbursal by the lender).

5. Intellectual Property & Code of Conduct

All content, branding, logos, trademarks, and code on Paisa in Minutes are the intellectual property of Paisa in Minutes. Users agree not to misuse, scrape, copy, or engage in unauthorized access to any part of the portal.

6. Limitation of Liability

Paisa in Minutes shall not be liable for any loan rejections, delays in disbursal, credit decision outcomes made by lending partners, or technical downtime beyond our control.

7. Communication & Contact

• 1. We may use your information to communicate with you, respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and share service-related updates.
• 2. With your consent, we may send marketing communications via SMS, Email, RCS, WhatsApp, and Voice calls.
• 3. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in our messages.
